Signature full body indoor cycling class. This class features interval training on the bike which incorporates the use of weights to tone and strengthen your core and upper body to maximize your workout during this 45 minute calorie torching class.
Indoor cycling meets boot camp. This 45 or 60 minute class will feature on and off the bike exercises. There will be high intensity interval training on the bike and high intensity interval training off the bike with the use of body weight, weights, and resistance bands. Get ready to work!
This 60-minute class is designed to challenge you on the BIKE for the first 30 minutes and on the mat for the second 30 minutes. You'll experience our signature high intensity interval training on the BIKE and then have 30 minutes to focus on low impact small movements, light-weight and high-repetition techniques targeted to tone and strengthen your entire body.
