Adrianne is a Customer Success Manager at Snagajob, which is also where she was introduced to FLOW. FLOW became a part of Adrianne's regular workout routine prior to opening day in August 2014. Adrianne's goal as an instructor is to encourage RIDERS to challenge themselves mentally and physically so they leave the class feeling SWEATY and INSPIRED. You can expect to be motivated by a FUN playlist that is sure to include some throwback songs to get you through floor work, heavy climbs, tabata work and endurance intervals.
Erin got hooked on cycling back in 2013 and enjoys a heart-pounding, feel-the-bass-in-your-chest kind of RIDE. When she found FLOW in January 2015, her mindset about cycling changed as she got stronger with each ride. Every part of FLOW appeals to her: the open space, great music, challenging rides and the family-like atmosphere. Now it’s her second home! Erin thinks of exercise as an appointment with herself. She feels the time investment is worth it, not only for her health but also for her mood! When she’s not at the studio, she can be found at home with her husband and one year old puppy Sam, or out running Richmond’s roads.
Erin is determined to make every minute count. She believes in you, and her only goal is to challenge you. When the music starts it is game on! When you think you have reached your limit, Erin will push you that much more. Erin is a beast, enough said!
Ja loves a good playlist. He is always searching for the hottest tracks to ride to. He wants the music to move you and it will do just that. You will find yourself pushing yourself to your limit with confidence in every class with Ja. During each ride he will motivate you, inspire you, and sometimes he will make you laugh. His goal is for you to find your FLOW!
Richmond born and raised, Johnny was first a rider at FLOW and now wants to inspire riders as an instructor. He wants each rider to feel STRONGER at the end of his classes. The FLOW community has become family to him and he looks forward to seeing his friends just as much as he looks forward to the workout. When he’s not spending time at the studio, he’s usually cheering on University of Virginia sports teams in Charlottesville.
There is nothing Nicole likes more than a good, sweaty workout! She thinks that if you can talk during one of her Flow Fit classes then she needs to make the class more challenging or you need to work harder! One of her class mottos is, "You can always go a little harder, push yourself a little more, go beyond a limit you didn't think you could go." She sets a high bar for herself and for those who take her class. As a mom of two and one of the older Flow cycle instructors, she wants to be the exception instead of the norm.
Jodi likes to challenge riders while having fun at the same time. Her classes include a variety of sprint intervals, steep climbs, and FLOW signature tapbacks - all at varying resistance and RPM. Outside of FLOW, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, friends and family, as well as practicing yoga. Jodi loves the people and community feel of FLOW as well as the motivation and inspiration she gets from taking a FLOW class!
Kelly is originally from New York, but is now thrilled to call Richmond home. She loves being a part of the FLOW team, especially when her day begins with an early morning ride. Kelly's ride tends to include a lot of hip hop - nothing beats a good beat! She likes her rides to feel like a sweaty, high-energy party!
As a former Division I soccer athlete at the University of Richmond, Taylor is relentless in pushing people to their physical limits. Her rides are high volume, fast-paced and leave you tired but wanting more. Her work at The Frontier Project has her traveling the globe, but she always loves coming home to Richmond. Off the bike, Taylor is all about staying active. You can find her running, skiing, hiking or rappelling off a building on a random weekend. Taylor loves cooking and wine (duh) and has a serious sweet tooth.
