FLOW is not your average cycle studio. You will cycle harder, stronger, and smarter than any other cycle class you’ve taken before! Our goal is to always push you to YOUR limit.
Cycling is our core, but we offer more! FLOW is the only cycling studio in RVA that offers FUSION classes. What are FUSION classes? You get to experience heart pumping intervals on the bike while also incorporating off the bike full body strengthening techniques in our FLOW Fit and FLOW Tone classes. Come check us out. Our classes are inclusive, challenging, and awesome.

This is our signature full body indoor cycling class. This class features intense interval training on the bike which incorporates the use of weights to tone and strengthen your core and upper body to maximize your workout during this 45 minute calorie torching class.
FLOW Cycle + Power Yoga
30 minutes of our signature full body workout on the bike followed by 30 minutes of a challenging power vinyasa. All levels welcome.
Indoor cycling meets boot camp. This 45 or 60 minute class will feature on and off the bike exercises. This class combines high intensity interval training on and off the bike, incorporating body weights, weights, and resistance bands to really maximize this full body work out. Get ready to sweat!
Trying to still get your sweat on, but don't have enough time for a full RIDE? Push your limits for 30 minutes on the bike without the designated arm tracks.
This 45 minute class is designed to challenge you on the bike for the first 25 minutes and on the mat for the second 20 minutes. You'll experience our signature high intensity interval training on the BIKE and then hop on the mat to focus on low impact small movements, light-weight and high-repetition techniques targeted to tone and strengthen your entire body.
60 minutes on and off the bike. Our signature full body indoor cycling class featuring weighted upper body and core strengthening exercises to maximize your workout during this 45 minute class. Followed by 15 minutes focusing on either, arms, abs, or glutes on the mat.
